Our public law and business regulation team also represents clients in public bids and government contract negotiations. We have advised clients in multiple public bids for all sort of public projects at the federal, state and local levels in Argentina and other countries, including Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela. Our team has played a leading role in some of the most complex public contracts renegotiations of recent years.

Nationalization of Businesses

Our firm has advised several clients in connection with their negotiations with local governments following nationalization or expropriation of their businesses or assets. We have also represented investors in domestic and international claim proceedings under bilateral investment treaties.

Regulatory Disputes

We assist our clients in their disputes with governments and governmental agencies. We represent clients in regulatory proceedings and litigation at the local, state and federal government levels, and we also handle local and international arbitration. Our public and administrative law litigation team is particularly well suited to address a client’s administrative litigation needs, as it includes two former senior members of the Federal Administrative Court of Appeals, as well as other attorneys who have held legal roles in the federal judicial and executive branches.
